Terms of Service
What you agree to by using Bulledge — and what this product emphatically is not.

This is not investment advice
Nothing on Bulledge is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell, or financial advice of any kind. We are not a licensed investment firm or adviser, and we do not know what is suitable for you.
Every figure, chart and answer on this site is general information. It is not prepared for your financial position, your risk tolerance or your goals, because we do not know any of them. Regulated investment advice is given under a contract with a licensed firm; what you get here is not that.
The consequences of your investment decisions are yours. Talk to a licensed adviser before you act.
In short
- Bulledge is a market research tool: it fetches data, computes on it and explains it. It connects to no broker and places no orders for you.
- Most prices are not real time. Each figure carries the venue it came from and how far behind it is.
- The answers are written by an AI model. Models get things wrong.
- You sign in with your Google account. There is no other way in.
- Free is ten questions in total, and they do not renew. Paid plans have no daily cap: each carries an allowance per billing period, shown on the pricing page and on your account screen. Paid plans are monthly and managed through Stripe; you can cancel at any time.
Who this agreement is between
You on one side, and the party operating Bulledge on the other: Bulledge LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.
By using the site you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
You must be 18 or over to use Bulledge.
Market data and delay
Market data comes through TradingView. On most venues it is not real time: the majority of equity exchanges are fifteen minutes behind, some twenty. Crypto and FX are usually real time.
The product states each source's delay in seconds next to the figure. A delayed price and the last price from a closed exchange are not the same thing; the answers try to keep the two apart, but the judgement is yours.
We cannot guarantee that the data is accurate, complete or uninterrupted. A source can be wrong, late or withdrawn; an exchange can rename a symbol. Do not rely on this site as your only source when acting on the moment.
The answers are written by a model
Answers are produced by a large language model. It is built to fetch figures with tools rather than recall them, but it can still misread a number, miscompute a ratio or misunderstand a question.
Check the figure at its source before making a decision that matters. We do not guarantee the accuracy of what the model writes.
Your account
You sign in to Bulledge with your Google account, and there is no other way in. That means the security of your account here is the security of your Google account: whoever can sign in as you can read your entire history and delete your account. We recommend keeping two-step verification switched on at Google.
An account belongs to one person. You can delete yours at any time from the Account screen in the workspace; deletion is immediate, cannot be undone, and signing in again with the same Google account does not bring the old one back — it opens a new, empty one.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Call the service with automated tools beyond the pace of an ordinary user, or work around rate limits or free-tier limits.
- Open one account after another to regain a daily allowance, or try to defeat the device counter.
- Redistribute, republish or resell the market data, or make it the data source of your own product. That data is licensed to us and the licence is not transferable.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, for market manipulation, or in a way that infringes somebody else's rights.
- Probe the service's security, reverse-engineer it, or try to reach another person's account.
The daily allowance belongs to an account rather than to a person, and one device may only open so many accounts in a short time. To enforce that we derive a coarse identifier from your device; exactly how it works is written out in the privacy policy.
Subscriptions, payment and cancellation
There are four plans: Free, Lite, Pro and Max, and they are not measured the same way. Free is ten questions over the whole life of a Google account: it does not renew daily or monthly, and it does not reset if you delete your account and open it again with the same Google account. Lite, Pro and Max have no daily cap at all: each carries an allowance over your billing period, which goes down with the amount of text the model reads and writes to answer your questions (counted in tokens), at the price our model provider charges us for it: text the model has already read earlier in a conversation uses far less of it, and outside the provider's peak hours everything uses half as much. It comes back when your subscription renews rather than at midnight. A long research thread uses far more of it than a short question, so the number of questions an allowance covers varies. The pricing page states each plan's price, and Max's allowance as a multiple of Pro's; both allowances are measured in the same unit, so that multiple is exact, but how many questions either one covers still varies, and neither is a promise of a number of questions. The estimated range of questions a month on each card is worked out from measured question costs and is only an estimate. How much of your allowance you have used so far is on your account screen, as a percentage. Free has no scheduled tasks; Lite holds up to 2, Pro up to 10, and Max has no limit. Every run of a task uses your allowance like a question you type. When the free ten are used, a plan is what continues.
Paid plans are monthly and priced in US dollars. Checkout is Stripe's own page, where you see the amount and the currency before you pay. Card details never reach our servers.
A subscription renews every month until you cancel it. You cancel from your account screen, which offers two ways to stop: at the end of the period, or now. The Stripe customer portal linked from the same screen can also cancel, but only at the end of the period. Your plan changes only when Stripe tells us it has, not at the moment you return from the payment page.
Stopping at the end of the period does not cut you off: your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then drops to the free plan, and nothing is refunded, because you keep what you paid for. Stopping now, or deleting your account, ends the plan the same day and refunds, to the card that paid, the part of what you paid for the current period that matches the share of that period's allowance you have not used, less the card processing fee our payment provider charged on the payment — if you have used 30% of the allowance, 70% of the payment comes back, less that fee; amounts under US$0.50 are not sent. The account screen shows the figure, and how much of the allowance you have used, before you confirm. Any withdrawal rights you have under consumer law are unaffected.
Dropping to the free plan, or moving to a plan without scheduled tasks, deletes nothing. Work that runs in the background — scheduled tasks and price alerts — is skipped rather than deleted where your new plan does not cover it, and resumes where it left off if you subscribe again. Your conversations, watchlist and portfolio stay exactly as they were.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers are told before the end of their current period and with reasonable notice; if you do not accept the new price, you can cancel.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. After a few attempts the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan.
Links you publish
If you choose to publish a conversation or a single exchange, anyone holding the link can read it. The link is random enough not to be guessed, but it is public: it is kept out of search engines, and it is deliberately not kept out of social previews.
Withdrawing a link kills it for good — publishing again mints a new one. Publishing is your decision, and so is checking what is in the thread first.
Content and rights
The questions you write and the data you enter are yours. We have the right to process them to the extent needed to run the service — to send your question to the model, store the answer and show it back to you. We do not use your conversations to train a model and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
The site itself, its interface, its name and its brand are ours. The market data belongs to its providers.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for losses arising from your investment decisions. Our liability for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage is limited to the fullest extent the applicable law allows; in any case our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the loss.
Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability consumer law does not permit to be limited, are excluded from the above.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the Account screen in the workspace; how it works and what goes with it is in the privacy policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks the rules above. If we decide to shut the service down altogether, we will give reasonable notice and time to export your data.
If these terms change
When the terms change, the date above changes. For a material change we will also say so inside the app. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
As a consumer, your right to go to the courts and consumer bodies of your own place of residence is unaffected.
